One of the great things about the internet is it’s ability to direct tangented individuals into whatever direction they wish to go.  That path can be interesting if you know what to look for.  Here’s my latest excursion:

I updated MicroTorrent tonight.
Viewed the Microtorrent website and found that there were skins available for the program.
Started viewing the different skins and found a skin set called MuCraft.  The icons
were interesting looking and so I thought that perhaps there is a game called Mucraft that I didn’t know about.
I did an internet search for mucraft and found something called MudCraft.
While viewing the Mudcraft website, I happen to catch that some of the website is being generated from a site called gel.msu.edu – Huh, MSU?  That’s like Michigan State University, like right here in my hometown.  Cool!
So I check out the site gel.msu.edu and find out that it stands for the Games for Entertainment and Learning lab of MSU, which has a ton of free games that I’ve never seen before.

This mudcraft is an RTS that is non-violent.  Great for the kids!  I think I’ll check it out…
